I am removing the following text:
The hypoblast does not "cover" the epiblast. Rather, it lies beneath it (hence the root, "hypo"). I am sure the cited article would be of use in the future once this article has been expanded, however at this point there is too little information to warrant going into such detail. Quite frankly, I'm not sure why it was used to cite that text in the first place.--Smirkster 00:47, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
