Hypsiboas rosenbergi is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, shrub-dominated wetlands, pastureland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
