The Hyphen Barb (Barbus bifrenatus) is a species of ray-finned fish in the Cyprinidae family. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Its natural habitat is rivers.
