Hyperolius pictus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Malawi, Tanzania, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, arable land, pastureland, rural gardens, and ponds.
