Visible at latitudes between +10° and −20°

I think that's a bit tightly drawn.

Hydra's entirity can be seen all at once from latitudes as far north as 52ºN, and as far South as 83ºS. Hydra can be seen in its entirity (but not all of it at once) as far north as 54ºN.

Some part of Hydra can be seen everywhere on Earth.

Have added range 54N - 83S
