I do not know the photographer of this image but I believe it is appropriate for Wikipedia for the following reasons:

It's used in the context of promoting a CD of the cardinal.
The picture adds nicely to the article.
It's not a professional photograph that is likely to be under copyright for portrayal of Hyacinthe Thiandoum.
