Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

  1. Source: On My Way to the Theater, by Hy Kraft, Macmillan, 1971
  2. It is a historically significant photo of a famous individual.
  3. No free source images found after search.
  4. Low resolution jpg compared to the original 35mm photograph used
  5. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
  6. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because the subject and his historical significance are the object of discussion in the article.
