Huw Phillips - Welsh rugby union player born Swansea February 28th 1971. Played for LLwchwr district, West Glamorgan, and Wales u-21. Also played first class rugby for Harlequin FC in 1989-1991. Represented French presidents xv in 1983 and became synonymous with attacking back row play.
