Abd al-Kadir al-Husayni (1907-1948) is the prominent military leader of Palestinian fighters during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.

According to the Unesco's collection of copyright laws, copyrights for images are limited to 25 years in Jordan (Jordanian takeover of West Bank after the 1948 war a part of the former Palestine British Mandate territory.

According the UNESCO web site : [1], pictures are released to public domain 50 years from the day the picture was taken, unless the pictures were taken by a public authority (the government), in which case the pictures are released to public domain 50 years from the day of publication.
