No mention of the $100 fine for using a cell phone in the library? There was some press about it, maybe it deserves a mention? Of course, I COULD do it, but then I'm too lazy to reseach and edit and prefer to make a talk page notation. Shawn (talk) 09:35, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
