I have not heard anybody refer to figurines in general as "hummels" or even use the word hummel to describe anything by M.I.Hummel brand figurines. I HAVE heard people say "figurines like Hummel" and "little children like Hummels". Are there any publications out there that may support generic usage? -- Emana 21:22, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
