Love the non-picture: "under the bed is the topic of this article". The furniture in question is often called a rimchair or rimstool, from the colloquial 'to rim' (analingus). You can buy them at dozens of shops on the inrenet, or have them custom made. Others are entirely suspended using chains or rope. While the discussion on these pages seems to focus on deviant practices, BDSM etc, manscat notes it as simply a convenience like the toilet itself. It's practical.
