Could you please spare a moment to look at the Finchley Lido article. This state was an horrible mixture of fact and fiction.

Also, since you don't spend half your life on Wikipedia as some people do, please set up an e-mail address in "my preferences" so people can prod you easily. Or perhaps you don't want that!
