[edit] Governor of Madras

I have one source that indicates: "After his term in the West Indies, Elliot served as governor of Madras from 1814 to 1820, his final posting.", but he is not listed on List of Governors of Madras. Can anyone clarify? --Legis (talk - contribs) 01:12, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
