I notice user:Soumyasch has added a notability tag out of the blue and I deduce he is the editor expressing concern since nobody else has edited the article since January. Perhaps he should read the comments in the previous deletion request back in 2005. Nothing has changed since then apart from HTML-Kit becoming even more popular and established. Is this software freeware? It asks for money on its webpage although there seems to be no restriction on using the software if you don't pay.
- Build 292 is free, but a few (very few) of the extensions are only available for download if you pay and register. Build 300, currently still in development, is only available to those who have registered and it is not clear at the moment if this will change when it is fully released.
