I don't think this can be considered PD -- it's derivative work of copyrighted art (the pyramid itself). There are no exceptions from copyright for buildings or art in public places in france. I believe this picture can only be kept under fair use provisions. -- Duesentrieb-formerly-Gearloose (?!) 10:10, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
