Howie Payne

Howie Payne (born Howard Elliot Payne) is an English singer songwriter from Liverpool. Payne was formerly the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of the band The Stands, as well as a member of the band The Big Kids with Edgar Jones, formerly of The Stairs. He is brother to Sean Payne of The Zutons and Candie Payne and is currently writing and recording towards his first solo album due for release in 2008.
