Howard Hall Elementary School is part of the Cumberland County School System.
It was named after Howard L. Hall (1918-1996). He was a member of the Cumberland County Board of Education for 28 years and the school was named after him in honor of his long time service. The children of Howard L. Hall School sent him hand made get well cards the week before he died. Howard Hall is currently a classical school, meaning uniforms are worn and corporal punishment is allowed.
