Howard Arthur Bruce Gardiner (born January 3, 1944 in Bulawayo) is a former Zimbabwean first class cricketer and international umpire. He was a wicketkeeper and played for Rhodesia during the late 60's and early 70's. After retiring he became an umpire and debuted in an ODI between Pakistan and Sri Lanka at Singapore in 1996. He went on to umpire in 4 more ODI games as well as in a Test match at Centurion in 1998.
