Howard Finn

Howard Arthur Finn (September 20, 1917-August 12, 1986) was a Los Angeles City Councilman from the 1st district. He served from 1981 to 1986 until he died in office after suffering from a ruptered aorta. After his death, his district was carved into a new shape in order to facilitate a Latino to be elected to office.
