Howard Bilerman is a Canadian musician. He is a former member of the band Arcade Fire, and drummed on their debut album, Funeral, as well as records by Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band, Vic Chesnutt & Angela Desveaux. He runs the Hotel2Tango recording studio in Montreal, Canada, along with Efrim and Thierry of Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Before that, he ran a studio in Old Montreal called Mom & Pop Sounds. In 2008, Bilerman joined the audio & music faculty at the Banff Centre for their winter Indie Band Residency. Bilerman has recorded over 250 records, including bands such as Molasses, British Sea Power, Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-La-La Band, Thalia Zedek, Pony Up!, CPC Gangbangs, Arcade Fire, Black Ox Orkestar, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Hrsta, Vic Chesnutt, The Dears, Basia Bulat and Bell Orchestre.

In 2006, Howard founded The Mile-End Co-Ed Ballhockey League (MECEBHL). He also has a signature drink at the Arts Cafe on Fairmount Avenue - "the Howard" being the combination of a steamed soy chai latte and an espresso.
