Talk:House of the Tragic Poet

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Good job. I like how you used all the Latin names for the rooms. You have a few small typos, so just make sure you go back and read it closely before you submit the final version. I like the pictures; they really add a lot to the article. My main suggestion is that you might want to give a couple more explanations about the rooms. If you do this, you might want to break the article up into more sections, just so it doesn't look so dense and is easier to read. Also, did you find any information about the owner of the house? It would be kind of cool to know a little something about who lived there, if you can find it anywhere. Other than that, I can't really think of much else that you should change. Nice work! --megan gier 02:59, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

This is a good article. Though it could be better if maybe you fragmented the articles into different headings to make it feel less dense. I know the article said that there wasn't much information on the owners, but anything about them would add to your article. Also a few typos are kind of distracting. -Zachary McMahon

Hi Stuart. I really like the pictures you have included on this page. The illustrations make it easier to visual what you are describing in your text. I have a few suggestions for you. First of all, breaking up the text with subheadings would be helpful - it would make this article easier to read, and perhaps the details easier remembered. Also, I'm not sure if the "art" subheading is really necessary since you only have one picture under the section - you could either have a more detailed caption with no subheading, or add more pictures to that section. Good job though! -- Ina Yanyao Wu
