[edit] Why 32 and not 30?
Forgive my ignorance, but why is it 32 and not 30? The article refers to an ex-officio member, but doesn't way what extrinsic office leads to being considered an MP. Also, is the Speaker also considered a member? I didn't realise that she had a vote. --Steve Foerster (talk) 23:46, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
