[edit] Fair use rationale

I Madmedea believe that this image in the article Gothic Revival architecture is fair use under US Law because:

  • The image is not replaceable with free equivalents as cameras are not allowed inside the Palace of Westminster. [3]
  • It is a low resolution image which does not interfere the the copyright holders use of that image for commercial or other purposes.
  • It is used to illustrate a directly relevant subject, Gothic Revival architecture of which the House of Lords is a classic example and makes a significant contribution to the article.
  • It has already been published on the United Kingdom parliament website. http://www.parliament.uk/about/images/interior/lords2.cfm]
