This is a drawing of the the 4-masted steel barque Hougoumont, launched in 1897. Despite its provenance, it is not the convict ship Hougoumont that brought the first convicts to Western Australia. The original drawing is held by the Battye Library under index number 649B.

This image was scanned from a reproduction of the drawing in

Due to its age, the image is in the public domain under both Australian and U.S. Copyright Law.
