The term "Valois Dukes of Burgundy" is employed to refer to the dynasty which began after John II of France (also Duke of Burgundy as John I) granted the Duchy of Burgundy to his youngest son, Philip the Bold
- Philip the Bold, Duke of Burgundy as Philip II (1364–1404)
- John the Fearless, Duke of Burgundy as John II (1404–1419)
- Philip the Good, Duke of Burgundy as Philip III (1419–1467)
- Charles the Bold, or "Charles the Rash" ("Charles le Temeraire"), Duke of Burgundy (1467–1477)
- Mary of Burgundy, or "Mary the Rich", Duchess of Burgundy (1477–1482)
