Hot Springs High School is a public secondary school located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hot Springs High School is administered by the Hot Springs School District.

Students are provided opportunities to take classes in the Fine Arts, foreign languages (French and Spanish), Health, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies, Speech, Sports, and vocational studies in Business Technology and Family Consumer Sciences.
Since 2004, Hot Springs students can participate the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.

The Hot Springs Trojans compete in several sports, including football, basketball, baseball, golf, band, volleyball, bowling, weightlifting, track, softball, soccer, dance, cheerleading, and tennis. The Trojans school colors are black and gold.
The Trojans beat the Lakeside Rams in football in the 2007 5A Division season. The football team made the playoffs for the first time in five years, but has not won a playoff game in 24 years. Their record for the 2007 season was 7-4 overall, counting the one playoff game against the Monticello Billy Goats, and 7-3 in the regular season.
In 2007-2008, the Hot Springs Trojan Girls and Boys basketball team made it to the semi-finals that was located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The Varsity girls lost in the last round of the finals and the boys lost during the second round. The girls overall record was 19-8 before they went to semi-finals and 21-9 afterwards. The boys had a record of 24-4 and their record was 25-5 after semi-finals.
