The Horn-Skinned Bat (Eptesicus floweri) is a species of vesper bat in the Vespertilionidae family. It can be found in the following countries: Mali and Sudan. It is found in these habitats: subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, and hot deserts.
