Horelma Peramam is a (supposedly) billionairess from Kazakhstan.

She made headlines by breaking price records by purchasing a London mansion, the Toprak House (28,000 square feet), for 50 Million Pounds

However, existence of Ms Permam has not been confirmed. Her name is not cited by any sources in English, Russian or Kazakh before January 20, 2008.
