Horace Copeland (born January 2, 1971 in Orlando, Florida) is a former professional American football player who played wide receiver for five seasons for the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Cope land was drafted in the 4th round, (#103 overall) of the 1993 NFL Draft
Copeland is a graduate of Maynard Evans High School in Orlando, Florida, where he also established state records in the high jump, earning him the nickname "Hi-C". He led his high school to the 6A Football State Championship that helped him earn a scholarship to the University of Miami. While attending "The U", Copeland went from an academic struggler, to academic excellence.
