Copyright violation? I don't know what constitutes a violation, but about 2/3rds of this article is taken verbatim from the external link mentioned at the end. That seems a bit much, to me.

Removed "in addition to jumprope" line from the intro paragraph; it's played "in addition to" a lot of stuff; jump rope doesn't seem to be particularly relevant in this context. — Matthew0028 10:09, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
