[edit] Honvéd and Honvédség
Can someone explain exactly how Honvéd and Honvédség differ, since the article uses both? (I know almost no Hungarian, which I suspect is typical of most English-language readers.) - Jmabel | Talk 18:43, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
"Honvéd" is the person (defender of the homeland) and "Honvédség" is the corps or organization consisting of Honvéd soldiers. Thus, the first sentence is incorrect, to my interpretation at least. Adam78 20:05, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Military of Hungary
Magyar Honvédség' is the name of the Hungarian Military. The Hungarian Wikipedia is clear about it. But in the English language Wikipedia we have Honvédség, and Military of Hungary of which Military of Hungary looks the most developed and most alike the article in the Hungarian Wikipedia (hu:Magyar Honvédség). I'm not sure how to go about it, but I think I'll propose a merge of this page into Military of Hungary. --Cyhawk 21:53, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
