The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) (traditional Chinese: 香港專業教育學院) was formed from a combination of 7 industrial colleges(Technical Institute) and 2 technical colleges in 1999. IVE is an educational institute directly under the control of the Vocational Training Council of the Hong Kong government. It is providing Certificate, Professional Diploma, Diploma and Higher Dipoma programs for F.3, F.5 , F.7 school leavers and adult learners. The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education provides vocational sub-degree courses in nine academic disciplines. It has a total of nine campuses:
- Chai Wan (Former Hong Kong Technical College (Chai Wan))
- Morrison Hill
- Kwun Tong
- Lee Wai Lee (Kowloon Tong)
- Haking Wong (Cheung Sha Wan)
- Kwai Chung
- Tsing Yi (Former Hong Kong Technical College) (Tsing Yi))
- Sha Tin
- Tuen Mun (Formerly called Tuen Mun Technical College)

Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi) (Chinese: 香港專業教育學院青衣分校) is a technical college on Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong. It was established in 1993 as the Hong Kong Technical College (Tsing Yi) (青衣科技學院) by Vocational Training Council and became part of the IVE system in 1999.
Located between Tsing Yi Road and Sai Shan Road, the campus is in the opposite to Mayfair Gardens, on 50,000 square metres of land and has a covered area of over 32000 square meters. The building design won an architectural award from The Hong Kong Institute of Architects in 1993 and an award in energy efficiency from the Hong Kong Government in 1994.
