Thanks SteveHFish, for starting this article. I hope you don't mind my edits. In the United States, holographic wills are generally unwitnessed and are only recognized in half the jurisdictions. Things may be differeint in Canada though. Perhaps we can expand the article in the future and have separate Canadian and U.S. sections? - David.rand
