Talk:Holocausto

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The band Holocausto deserves a place in Wikipedia due to the fact that it was elemental in the 1980's Colombian thrash metal scene. This thrash metal scene was composed of:

- Athantor (http://www.myspace.com/athanator)

- Holocausto

- Nemesis

- Massacre

- Asalmatum (among others).

Holocausto was active and released several albums during the late 80s/early 90s. These bands played together in the city of Medellin and were a part of a movement in South America which produced bands such as Sepultura, and, as mentioned previously, Athanator, known internationally. One of the members of Holocausto (Jaime Ocampo) was an original member of Athanator. Plexsia 19:43, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Holocausto are mentioned in the following wikipedia article about Athanator: "Ofrecieron su primer concierto en octubre de 1990 en Santa Bárbara (Antioquia) junto a Asalmatum, Holocausto, Skullcrusher, Belial, Agresión y Tinieblas" (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Athanator) Plexsia 19:53, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
