The parish currently maintains a school for grades K-12, and holds Mass throughout the week, as well as on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation. The parish church is a striking gray stone structure with twin spires visible across the Latonia area, and for miles distant, and has a number of families who have had ties to the parish that go back five or more generations.
