Official logo of the région found on many websites such as [1], [2], [3], [4], and so on.

Fair use rationale: this logo is an essential part of the region infobox at the beginning of the Haute-Normandie article. The low resolution of this logo is used in thousands of websites to illustrate the Haute-Normandie region. There is no free version of this logo that I know of.
