[edit] At signing of Japanese instrument of surrender, dubious

All previous versions of this article state this ship at the signing. However the reference (recently added) for this only lists the USS Pheasant, not HMS Pheasant. Taking the USN reference as definitive, I am removing that statement from the article and HMS Pheasant from List of Allied ships at the Japanese surrender.
