The page currently lists 12 October, 1994, but I have found many references to 12 November, 1994, and even one to 19 November, 1994. None of these pages qualifies as a first hand source, but the date in the article is also uncited. I'm going to go ahead and change it to 12 November. Warrickball (talk) 11:34, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
