[edit] £3,000,000 Bullion?

From the very outset there's been a statement that Dauntless (D45) carried £3M in bullion back to the UK during the war. I've found no references to the alleged monies, and the location 'Simonstown, Colombo' doesn't exist. The article, which makes no mention of the bullion, agrees with my sources. I've removed the statement, but if anybody has got more information, please put it in the article. Incidently, the dates of becoming a training ship and of being scrapped were also in conflict with the article itself, and with my sources, so I've changed those too. I also took the opportunity to tidy up a bit. Shem1805 (talk) 22:27, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
