Two Archer class P2000 patrol boats of the University Royal Naval Unit. The vessels peacetime role is to train students, from the University of Bristol and the University of Bath, in navigation and seamanship.

P292 is HMS Charger (on the left), P294 is HMS Trumpeter. Length 20 metres. Powered by two 710 HP Rolls-Royce diesel engines. Top speed 21 kts (24.2 mph, 39 kph).

In the background is a tethered balloon giving public rides.
