This HMS Bee was one of the original supply schooners (Bee, Mosquito, and Wasp) that were stationed at the Penetanguishene Naval Establishment from 1817 to 1831.
- The second Bee, launched in 1842, was a combination screw/paddle vessel.
- The third Bee, launched in 1915, was an Insect class gunboat, sold in 1939.
- A fourth Bee, another river patrol boat, was ordered in 1939, but cancelled.
