HMAS Perth (FFH 157) is an Anzac class frigate of the Royal Australian Navy, and was the final ship of the class to be constructed.

Perth was laid down by Tenix Defence Systems at Williamstown in Victoria 24 July 2003, launched 20 March 2004, and commissioned on 26 August 2006 in Fremantle, Western Australia.

From mid 2007, Commander Michele Miller will assume command of Perth. Miller will become the first woman to assume command of a major fleet unit of the Royal Australian Navy.[1]
