To-do list for History of the European Communities (1945-1957):

The whole article needs expanding. Including information on;

  • Council of Europe
  • Early Cold War
  • Early development of the ECSC and what it did in the early years
  • The Benelux, Nordic Council and early EFTA developments.
  • Other events outside the Community which impacted upon it
  • Better links between this article and events in the rest of Europe at this time.
  • Marshall plan and the OEEC

Also the article needs better referencing and the Germany section needs checking.

[edit] Kazakhstan

I don't think Kazakhstan is situated in Europe. 212.2.166.30 12:29, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

It is, slightly. The border runs along the Ural river and if it were democratic it would be allowed into the CoE hence it's mention. See the Council of Europe article. - J Logan t: 13:05, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
