Talk:History of child sexual abuse
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Might include more about the "idea" of childhood and how it has changed since 1800. Also: when did the concept of "child molestation" originate? 1960s? Perhaps mention the origins of the useage of the word "molestation" in this regard. Is there a first usage of this anywhere? --DanielCD 15:13, 7 December 2005 (UTC)

This illustrates the neglect of last century for the problem. Grim Reaper2 19:04, 20 August 2006 (UTC) deleted external link
This is a great illustration from the 19th c. It would be interesting to include it in the History section of the article. Rklawton 19:47, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

This article has some great references, but they aren't linked to any of the facts or ideas presented within the article. This poses a bit of a problem for editors who want to follow up, expand, or verify. Rklawton 19:47, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Suggestion
Ain't the perception of child abuse dependent of time, location and culture. So shouldn't child abuse been seen in this context? And described in this context.Grim Reaper2 19:03, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
