Yeah totally, "Hissene Habre was an evil man"?

I'm not at all a member of the Habré fan club. But when I read "brutal regime of terror and genocide". I've never heard of a genocide in Chad. Ericd 09:36, 7 Dec 2004 (UTC)

The section on legal proceedings needs either expanding or updating. What about the fact that the Chad Minister for Justice wrote a letter to the Belgian prosecutor waiving any immunity that existed for Habre? --83.23.14.124 17:06, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
