Romanian-administrated territories during World War II
Historically, Romania was divided into the following regions:
- Transylvania and Partium
- Transylvania proper
- Eastern Banat
- Crişana (part of the historical Partium region)
- Southern Maramureş (part of the historical Partium region)
- Moldavia
- Moldavia proper
- Southern Bukovina
- Wallachia
- Northern Dobrogea
