Hiromi Tsuru (鶴 ひろみ Tsuru Hiromi?, born on March 29, 1960) is a veteran Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture. She is currently represented by Aoni Production.
She is most known for the roles of Bulma (Dragon Ball), Dokin-chan (Soreike! Anpanman), Madoka Ayukawa (Kimagure Orange Road), Miyuki Kashima (Miyuki), Ukyo Kuonji (Ranma ½), and Reiko Mikami (Ghost Sweeper Mikami).
