Hirasea acutissima is a species of air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Endodontidae.
It is an endangered species, and like the whole genus Hirasea endemic to Japan. H. acutissima only occurs on Haha-jima in the Ogasawara Islands.
