Hindley Green

Hindley Green is a parish (C.E.) and local council ward (Wigan) to the east of Hindley, Greater Manchester following in the main the A577 Atherton Road to its boundary with Leigh.

It comprises three churches (St.John the Evangelist CE, Sacred Heart RC & Sanctuary Church at Bethel), 3 primary schools (Hindley Green CP, St John's CE Primary & Sacred Heart RC Primary) and many pubs.
